Changes in Plans and Pricing Effective from September 1, 2024

We would like to inform you about upcoming changes to Zenamu, which will take effect from September 1, 2024.

The changes concern the current plans:

The “Professional” and “Studio” plans will no longer be available and will be replaced by 3 new plans - “Lite”, “Professional”, and “Expert/Studio”.

The free plan (“Getting Started”) will not be limited by the number of classes scheduled in a given period.

Each plan will differ based on features and the number of orders placed within a monthly period.

We would like to explain why we have decided to take this step.

From the original small hobby project that Barbara and I have been working on since 2021 in our free time, we have developed a comprehensive system over the past two years (and according to your feedback, it remains easy to understand!) for managing your open classes, courses, workshops, and various types of passes.

During the time we have been working on Zenamu, we have enriched it with countless new features and improvements. Your feedback and our commitment to quality have inspired us to improve continuously.

Some of the significant features we have added to the system since its launch include:

  • Transparent cancellation policies “at the last minute” thanks to automatic cancellation fees
  • Sophisticated course management including the ability to get refunds, sign up for remaining slots in ongoing courses at a discount, or offer available spots in unfilled slots (course slot booking ala open class)
  • Plugins for integrating into your website
  • PDF Receipts and exports for accounting
  • Automatic event and client tags for better visibility and faster navigation
  • Advanced analytics and statistics for tracking your orders and revenues
  • Connecting to email marketing tools
  • More user-friendly interface: we continue to improve the system's user interface both from your perspective and from the perspective of your clients

We believe that the new plans reflect the added value and capabilities that our platform currently offers.

Still the best price/performance ratio on the market

Even after the price adjustment, our offer remains the best solution on the market. Compared to others, Zenamu offers a range of features typically considered premium even in the basic version. It doesn't make sense to limit you at the start, for example, by the number of clients, the inability to offer discounted passes or accept card payments, or restrictions on embedding your schedule into your website.

These are all things that can help your business and teaching practice grow!

Why did we decide to limit our plans based on the number of orders?

With a higher number of orders, your practice grows and develops. This system allows us to better tailor our services to your needs and ensure that with Zenamu you get the support and features that match the size and dynamics of your business.

1 order = 1 (active = not cancelled) booking for an open class, 1 (active) booking for the entire course, or 1 (active) workshop booking.

We appreciate you staying with us on our journey and benefiting from the continuous development of our system.

Questions and Answers

I have a free plan (“Getting Started”) - what will happen?

Your current plan “Getting Started” will be automatically updated on September 1 to reflect the new plan conditions.

I have a prepaid “Professional” or “Studio” plan - until when can I use it after September 1?

Your current plan will remain functional with all existing features according to the currently valid price list (current Pricing) until the end of the prepaid period.

This means:

  • If you have previously subscribed to a plan for a year, which expires for example on February 17, 2025, nothing will change for you until that time
  • Monthly plans that extend beyond September 1 (i.e., the last regular payment for the current “Professional”/“Studio” plan subscription will be made on August 25, so the subscription will end on September 25) will remain functional until the end of the prepaid period

After the expiration, your accounts will automatically switch to the basic free plan - “Getting Started”.

You will be informed about the switch by email. We apologize in advance for the temporary limitation of features while your account is on the “Getting Started” plan.

How can I order a new plan after switching to the basic plan?

From September 1, you will be able to switch between new plans yourself if needed (see “What if I exhaust the order limit for a given period with the new plan?” below) thanks to the change of our payment gateway provider (Stripe). You will be able to switch from lower to higher plans and vice versa.

However, you will need to authorize a new card payment. In other words:

After switching to the basic free plan, you will need to place a new order.

What if I exhaust the order limit for the given period with the new plan?

If you exhaust the order limit in a lower plan, you can switch to a higher plan, pay the proportional amount for the higher plan, and continue using Zenamu without restrictions.
