Expert plan structure changes from January 1, 2026
Dear friends,
We’d like to ask for a moment of your attention to share upcoming changes in Zenamu that will take effect on January 1, 2026. These may affect you as current monthly or annual subscribers of the Expert plan.
When we launched our plans a year and a quarter ago, we felt we’d nailed it: Free for trying things out, Lite and Professional for simpler use cases, and Expert for those who need more. What could go wrong?
As always, the devil was in the details — this time in how we defined “who needs more.”
The “Ultimate” plan
We’ve reached a point where power users (on the Expert plan) are asking for additional, premium features to automate even more of their daily operations — features that make perfect sense for Zenamu. However, under the current structure, we can’t sustainably provide everything that’s being requested.
For the past four years, we’ve been continuously adding new features and doing our best to deliver most of the changes you’ve asked for.
Just as your operational workload grows with your client base, our costs grow too. We can shield you from part of that increase, but we can’t absorb all of it.
That’s why, effective January 1, 2026, we’re adjusting the current Expert plan as follows: within each prepaid monthly period, your clients can create up to 500 orders, and the number of ongoing or scheduled courses/series visible to clients (i.e., open for enrollment) will be 15.
In your admin, you can schedule as many courses as you like; however, only 15 appear publicly. As soon as one course ends, the next in line is shown automatically.
The key points
Unlimited orders and unlimited courses/series are moving to the new Ultimate plan. If either of those limits affects you, nothing changes for the next two months — everything keeps working as it does today.
Starting January 1, 2026 (or from the start of your next billing period after that date), the new limits begin to apply in your account. On a monthly Expert plan, the change kicks in sometime between January 1–31. On an annual Expert plan, it kicks in once your current prepaid period ends.
You can see the updated plans on the pricing page.
What major things did we ship in Zenamu over the last year?
We added stats so you can track revenue from classes and passes in clean charts and tables, plus client analytics for a better view of each person's activity and passes. Promo codes and gift vouchers let you reward loyalty or welcome newcomers with discounts on first classes, early course registration, or seasonal gifts. Order exports now let you filter by payment date, creation date, or orders without documents — useful when accounting season rolls around.
On the operations side, Zenamu Memberships offer ongoing access to classes, either unlimited or with clear limits. Participant waiver management brings digital consent and liability sign-off into the same flow as bookings. Children's classes and bookings add child profiles linked to parent accounts, with search by child name and the data flowing into orders and documents. Advanced filters for website plugins let you run multiple plugins on your site, each showing only specific tags, teachers, or locations.
For your clients, there's now a mobile app — a PWA that installs in seconds, no Google Play or App Store needed. And on the marketing side, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 integration lets you measure client behaviour, conversions, and campaign performance.
We believe this body of work — and the changes above — still reflect the value and possibilities Zenamu offers you today.
We’ll be grateful if you stay with us on this journey and continue benefiting from how the platform evolves.
Thank you for using Zenamu — here’s to the next four years!
