How do I import clients from another booking system into Zenamu?

We'll move your client data over for free. Send us an export from your current system and we'll take it from there. Here's how to get started.

Export your current data

Download your client list, balances, and other important data from your current system. Most systems let you export to CSV.

Set up your Zenamu account

Create your free Zenamu account and set up your studio profile, classes, and basic settings while your old system is still running.

Import your client data

Get in touch with our support team to transfer your client data. We can handle bulk imports from CSV files.

Run both systems in parallel

For 1–2 weeks, keep both systems running. Let clients know about the switch and invite them to create their Zenamu accounts. We can also send automated welcome emails for you during the import — with a link for clients to set their password.

Train your team

Get yourself and your team comfortable with the basics: tracking attendance, managing bookings, messaging clients.

Switch over fully

Once you're comfortable and most clients have moved over, turn off your old system and send all bookings to Zenamu.
