What's the difference between adding an instructor to my team and collaborating with an external partner?
Adding a team instructor: they work under your account — your payment methods, your accounting, your invoicing. You handle their payouts. External collaboration: each partner has their own Zenamu account, payment setup, and accounting. Clients pay directly to the partner — no cross-invoicing, no mutual settlements.
Does the external instructor need their own Zenamu account?
Yes. Each external instructor or partner studio needs their own Zenamu account — so they can manage their payment methods, invoicing, and client communication independently. Any Zenamu plan works.
Can clients tell that the class is taught by an external instructor?
From the client's side, it looks the same — the class appears in your schedule like any other, with the instructor's name. The only difference is that the payment goes to the instructor's account. The booking experience is identical.
Which plan do I need for this feature?
External instructor collaboration is available on the Ultimate plan.
Can I end the collaboration anytime?
Yes. End a collaboration anytime with one click. Shared events are removed from your schedule right away.
