The total value a single client brings to the studio over the entire duration of their relationship.
LTV is a key metric for planning studio growth. It shows how much money the average client spends from their first class until they stop attending. The higher the LTV, the more successful your studio is at building long-term relationships with clients.
In the context of group yoga, Pilates, or dance classes, LTV can be increased through quality client care, memberships, loyalty programs, and course offerings. A satisfied client who stays for years has significantly higher value than one who comes only once.
