Unexcused Absences

Status "Unpaid"

We understand the frustration when clients make reservations and then don’t show up. This not only disrupts the class but also blocks spots for other attendees. Unfortunately, even our "Waiting List" feature can’t help in these cases.

To help manage no-shows and non-payers, you can now track these instances within the attendance records by marking such reservations as Unpaid.

A client with a reservation marked as unpaid will be highlighted in red in the system. This applies to:

Client Detail

In the client detail view, you can see all missed classes and unpaid reservations. This status can be adjusted retroactively.

You can mark the reservation as Paid once the client settles their dues or cancel the unpaid reservation if there was a valid reason for their absence.
