- It renews automaticallyOn each billing date the card is charged. If a payment fails, Zenamu retries it during a grace period, so you don't lose a member over a temporary card decline.

What is the difference between one-time and recurring memberships?
A one-time membership is paid up front and renewed manually, and you can accept card, bank transfer, or cash. A recurring membership charges the client's card automatically on a schedule and renews on its own. You can offer both at the same time and let clients pick.
Can I sell auto-renewing recurring memberships?
Yes. Zenamu sells recurring memberships that charge weekly, monthly, or yearly through Stripe, with multiple variants, so payments collect on schedule without you chasing renewals.
What happens if a member's payment fails?
Zenamu automatically retries the payment during a grace period and keeps the member informed, so a temporary card decline does not cost you the membership. You can also retry or pause it yourself from the admin.
Do my members get an app to book and pay?
Yes. Members buy memberships, book classes and pay for class passes and credits from a dedicated client app, and incoming bank transfers match to the right order automatically.
