Best yoga studio software in 2026

Eight booking systems used by yoga studios, compared on what they cost and what each one is worse at. Momoyoga is the cheapest yoga-native start, Punchpass the simplest flat price, Mindbody the only one with a marketplace that finds you new students, and Glofox the one to look at for a branded app. Zenamu, our own tool, fits European studios that want published prices and no fee per booking. Prices were read from each vendor on 2026-09-03.

We publish this as the maker of one of the eight, so treat it accordingly. What we can promise is method: every price below came from the vendor's own pricing page on the date shown, every entry links to that page, and no entry is listed without something it is weaker at. Where a vendor publishes no price, this page says so instead of guessing. Zenamu sits in the middle of the list rather than at the top.

Settle one question before you compare features: do you need a system that takes bookings from people who already know you, or one that also puts you in front of people who do not? Only Mindbody really does the second. Everything else on this list, ours included, is the first kind, and it is much cheaper.

Eight yoga booking systems, compared

  1. Momoyoga

    Best for
Solo yoga teachers who want the cheapest honest starting point
    Pricing
Free, then €29, €59, or €179 per month billed annually. 14-day trial, no card.

Momoyoga was built for yoga first, and it shows in how little setup a single teacher needs before the first class is bookable. The free plan is usable rather than a demo, with the catch that it adds a 5% platform fee on top of normal card processing. Moving to a paid plan removes that fee. That, not a missing feature, is why most teachers upgrade.

    Strong at

    • Yoga-native, so the defaults match how a class timetable actually runs
    • Price does not climb with your student or teacher count
    • Free plan is genuinely usable for a teacher just starting out

    Weaker at

    • The 5% platform fee on the free plan makes it expensive once volume grows
    • Custom branding sits on the Plus plan
    • Aimed at teachers and small studios rather than multi-location operations

  2. Punchpass

    Best for
Studios that want one flat price and no usage math
    Pricing
$59, $99, or $149 per month. 14-day free trial, no card.

Punchpass charges the same whether you teach four classes a week or forty. Every tier includes unlimited classes, passes, and instructors, so the bill does not move when a term fills up. That flat structure is the whole pitch, and for a studio that has been surprised by a per-customer invoice elsewhere, it is a strong one.

    Strong at

    • Unlimited classes, passes, and instructors on every tier
    • The price does not change with student numbers
    • Simple enough that a new front-desk person learns it in a session

    Weaker at

    • The entry price is higher than at tools that start free
    • Narrower feature set than the big all-in-one platforms
    • Less suited to businesses that need retail, payroll, or multi-location tools

  3. Zenamuthat is us

    Best for
European studios that want every price published and no fee per booking
    Pricing
Free, then €16, €32, or €72 per month. Prices are set per market rather than converted, so check your own currency.

Our own tool, built for studios running a weekly timetable and a course term at once, which is the combination a general scheduler handles badly. Courses with make-up sessions, passes, credits, and 1:1 appointments sit in one account, so a teacher taking privates alongside group classes is not running two systems. The permanent free plan stops at 30 orders a month, which is where a working studio outgrows it.

    Strong at

    • Every plan price and order limit is published, in ten currencies priced per market
    • No fee per booking on any plan, and no plan caps how many clients you have
    • Card payments through Stripe and PayPal, plus automatic matching of incoming bank transfers

    Weaker at

    • No consumer marketplace, so it will not bring you clients who have never heard of you
    • The client app is a web app added to the home screen; a branded native app comes only with Enterprise, which is quote-only
    • A smaller integration ecosystem than Mindbody, and a name better known in Europe than in the US
    • The free plan stops at 30 orders a month; courses and passes need Standard, and waitlists and memberships need Expert

  4. Momence

    Best for
Studios willing to trade a platform fee for a low monthly bill
    Pricing
Free, $60, or $199 per month, with the platform fee falling as you move up.

Momence inverts the usual pricing question. The free tier has no monthly fee but takes 5% from you and 4% from the client on payments, the $60 tier drops your share to 2.5%, and the $199 tier removes the platform fee entirely. Work out your monthly payment volume before choosing, because the cheapest row on that table is rarely the cheapest plan in practice.

    Strong at

    • A real free tier, if you can absorb the payment fee
    • The top plan removes the platform fee rather than only discounting it
    • Add-ons cover marketing and retail as a studio grows

    Weaker at

    • The layered platform fee makes the true monthly cost hard to predict
    • The free and Pro tiers exclude reporting, staff, and multiple locations
    • Card processing is charged on top, at 3.9% + $0.30 in the US

  5. Arketa

    Best for
Solo instructors selling on-demand and hybrid offerings
    Pricing
$49 per month billed annually for one person, plus a 3% transaction fee. Studio plans are quote-only.

Arketa leans toward wellness businesses that sell content alongside classes, and its individual plan is priced for one person rather than a front desk. The 3% transaction fee sits on top of Stripe, so it behaves like a revenue share. The three studio tiers have no published price at all, which means a demo call before you can compare them against anything else here.

    Strong at

    • Built with on-demand and hybrid offerings in mind
    • The individual tier is priced for a single instructor
    • Modern client-facing booking experience

    Weaker at

    • A 3% transaction fee applies on top of Stripe fees
    • All three studio tiers are quote-only
    • The published individual price assumes annual billing

  6. TeamUp

    Best for
Established studios with a stable, known member base
    Pricing
Priced by active customers. The published example is $189 per month for 101 to 200 active customers.

TeamUp bills on active customers, counting each person once per month no matter how often they book. That suits a studio with a steady membership and costs more for one with a large, occasional crowd. There is no setup fee, no contract, and the bill falls again when the count drops, so the model is at least symmetrical.

    Strong at

    • Unlimited locations under one account
    • The bill goes down as well as up with your customer count
    • Month to month, no setup fee, no long contract

    Weaker at

    • The cost depends on customer numbers, so a busy month costs more
    • A custom-branded app is a $99 per month add-on
    • The pricing page shows one example figure rather than the full table

    Checked against goteamup.com/pricing

  7. Glofox

    Best for
Boutique fitness brands that need their own branded app
    Pricing
Published as plans starting at $99 per month. Each tier routes to a pricing request.

Glofox is aimed at boutique fitness rather than yoga specifically, and its strength is a branded mobile app that puts your studio on member phones under your own name. That reach is real. So is the sales process: four tiers are listed, one starting price is published, and the actual number for your studio arrives after a conversation.

    Strong at

    • Custom-branded mobile app that carries your studio name
    • Built for boutique fitness and multi-location operators
    • Reporting and member engagement tools beyond basic booking

    Weaker at

    • No per-plan prices are published, only a starting figure
    • Every tier routes through a pricing request before you can compare
    • Heavier than a single yoga teacher needs

    Checked against www.glofox.com/plans

  8. Mindbody

    Best for
Studios that want the marketplace to introduce them to new clients
    Pricing
The page we read published one figure, €99 per month per location, and the currency shown varies by region. Every tier shows a contact button rather than a price.

Mindbody is the one tool here with a consumer app that people already open when they are looking for a class. If discovery matters more to you than the monthly bill, nothing else on this list offers the same thing. The trade is cost and complexity: the price is per location, add-ons and transaction fees stack on top, and the real figure comes from a sales conversation.

    Strong at

    • A consumer marketplace that can bring in clients who have never heard of you
    • Deep tooling for multi-location wellness businesses
    • Established, with a large integration ecosystem

    Weaker at

    • Pricing is per location and only a starting figure is published
    • Add-ons and transaction fees make the total hard to predict
    • More system than an independent teacher usually needs

    Checked against www.mindbodyonline.com/business/pricing

How to choose between them

Start with the shape of your week rather than the feature list. A teacher running six classes and a few private sessions needs almost nothing beyond a bookable timetable and a way to take payment, and should not pay $99 a month for it. A studio with a rolling course term, class passes, and a waitlist needs a system that understands all three; a cheaper tool that does not will cost more in wasted admin than it saves on the subscription.

Then check how the price behaves when you grow. Some tools charge the same at any size, some scale by active customers, and some take a percentage of every payment. A percentage looks cheap on a quiet month and expensive on a full one. If you already know your monthly payment volume, multiply it out before you decide, because that number changes the ranking more often than any feature does.

If you want to see how we handle the class-and-course case, our yoga studio booking system page walks through the timetable, passes, and course setup, and our pricing page lists every plan price in your currency. We ran the same comparison for pilates and dance studios, where the shortlists come out differently.

Yoga studio software questions

What is the cheapest yoga studio software?

Momoyoga, Momence, and Zenamu all have a free plan, so the honest answer depends on what each one takes in fees instead. Momoyoga adds a 5% platform fee on its free tier, Momence takes 5% from you and 4% from the client, and Zenamu charges no booking fee but stops at 30 orders a month. Run your monthly payment volume through those percentages before you pick one.

Do I need yoga-specific software, or will a general scheduler do?

A general scheduler such as Acuity handles 1:1 appointments well and can run group events, but its plans scale by bookable calendars and it is built around appointments. If most of your week is a repeating class timetable with passes, courses, and waitlists, a class-based system will need less work from you.

Which yoga software brings in new students?

Only Mindbody, and to a lesser extent Vagaro, runs a consumer marketplace where people browse for classes. Every other tool on this list, ours included, takes bookings from people who already found you. If discovery is your main problem, that difference matters more than the monthly price.

How much should a small yoga studio expect to pay?

Published entry prices on this list run from free to about $99 per month, with quote-only tiers above that. A single teacher can genuinely start free. A studio with a full timetable, passes, and a course term usually lands somewhere between €30 and $100 a month once payment fees are counted.

How was this comparison put together?

Every price here was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 2026-09-03, and each entry links to the page it came from, so you can check whether it has moved since. Zenamu is our own product, which is why it is listed in the middle with its limitations stated alongside everyone else's.
