Income from hours you already pay for
The rent, the heating and the water cost the same whether the room is used or not. Renting out the quiet hours turns a fixed cost into revenue.
No double bookings
Zenamu checks every rental against your classes, courses and appointments — in both directions. A confirmed rental blocks the room across your whole calendar, and you can choose to show reserved times in your public schedule too.
No commission on rentals
The full price goes straight to you. Zenamu doesn’t take a cut of your rentals — for online payments you only pay the standard card processing fee.
Protected when plans change
Pick one of three cancellation policies per room — or define your own. Keep the payment when a renter doesn’t show up.

- You say yesApprove or decline each request within 24 hours — or let the room confirm bookings instantly. Receipts are issued automatically, so there is nothing to invoice by hand.
- The room is blocked everywhereThe confirmed rental shows as taken in your calendar, and in your public schedule too if you switch it on. Both sides see each other’s contact details for the day itself.
Studio rental runs on the Ultimate plan. Online payments go through your own Stripe account.

Studio space rental FAQ
Who can rent my space?
Anyone with a Zenamu account — typically freelance instructors, therapists or event organizers looking for a room by the hour. You see who is asking, with their name and contact details, before you approve.
Does Zenamu take a commission on rentals?
No. The full rental price goes to you. For online payments the only cost is the standard Stripe or PayPal processing fee — the same as for any other online payment in your studio.
Can a rental clash with my own classes?
No. Zenamu checks every rental against your classes, courses, appointments and other rentals in the same room, and it also stops new classes from being scheduled over a confirmed rental.
What happens when a renter cancels?
That depends on the cancellation policy you picked for the room — from flexible (full refund up to 24 hours before the start) to strict. Cancelling a request that you haven’t approved yet always refunds in full, and if you ever cancel a confirmed rental yourself, the renter gets everything back.
How do renters pay?
You decide per room: by card or PayPal online (confirmed right away, straight to your Stripe or PayPal account), by bank transfer, or in person at the studio.
