Credit Packs and Entry Passes: Flexible Payment Options

Many clients prefer using credits or entry passes to pay for classes, avoiding the hassle of searching for a payment card each time they book. Zenamu allows you to offer both credit packs and entry passes, providing flexibility in how you receive payments.

Credit packs function as virtual money, enabling clients to pay for classes. When a client books a class, the equivalent amount of credits (e.g., 15 credits) is deducted from their account.

Entry passes are prepaid bundles of classes (e.g., 10 entries for 100 EUR). If a client books a class priced at 10 EUR and chooses 1 entry as their payment option, one entry will be deducted from their account.

Just like credits, you can offer discounted bundles for entry passes. You have the flexibility to define the number of entries, set their price, and determine their validity period.

Both credits and entry passes can be used for courses and workshops, as long as you have configured these pricing options during their creation.

How to Purchase Credit Packs and Entry Passes

Clients need to create their own Zenamu accounts to purchase credit packs or entry passes. This ensures that the credits or entries are linked to their specific account.

Advantages

Simple for Both You and Your Clients
  • Advance Payments: Clients pay upfront, simplifying transactions.
  • Automatic Deduction: Credits or entries are automatically deducted after booking.
  • Waiting List Management: Automatic registration from the waiting list.
  • Transparency: Credit systems ensure clear tracking and fair cancellation fees.

Which System Should You Choose?

Both systems have their advantages, so what makes them different?

  • Entry Passes: Ideal if you charge a consistent price per class. Entry passes are straightforward and effective for promotions like "10+1 free entry". They work well for individual teachers who offer regular classes at a fixed price.

  • Credit Packs: Better suited for classes with varying prices. The credit system offers more flexibility, including the option to implement a cancellation policy (e.g., clients might get only 50% of their credits back if they cancel close to the class start time).

You can also choose to use both systems together to maximize your flexibility.
