Connect Zenamu to SmartEmailing

With our booking system, you can efficiently send bulk email messages to clients who have booked your classes, courses, or workshops. Although Zenamu doesn't have a built-in newsletter feature, you can integrate with SmartEmailing to send engaging newsletters and updates to your clients.

Here are your integration options:

What is SmartEmailing?​

SmartEmailing is a Czech marketing tool that allows you to send mass emails and SMS messages. It offers a range of features for creating traditional newsletters with beautiful templates or customizing emails with various elements.

What to Do First​

To connect Zenamu with SmartEmailing, you'll need a SmartEmailing account and an API key.

  1. Create a SmartEmailing Account: If you don’t have one, sign up here.
  2. Generate an API Key: In your SmartEmailing admin panel, go to My Account > General Settings, and find the API Key section. Generate a new API token/key. Learn how to generate an API key here.

Once you have your API key, follow these steps in Zenamu:

  1. In Zenamu's admin panel, go to Client List.
  2. Click on Integrations with Email Marketing Tools above the client table.
  3. In the SmartEmailing section, click the Set-Up button.

Connect with SmartEmailing

  1. Enter your SmartEmailing credentials:
  • Username: The email address associated with your SmartEmailing account.
  • API Key: The API token you generated earlier.

SmartEmailing Credentials

  1. Click Save to complete the integration. A new contact list named "Zenamu" will be created in SmartEmailing.

SmartEmailing Admin

Clients who have opted in for email communication in Zenamu will have their consent transferred to SmartEmailing. Clients without email consent will be marked as "unsubscribed" in SmartEmailing.

If a client unsubscribes from your newsletter in either system, this change will be reflected across both platforms.

What Client Data is Uploaded to SmartEmailing?​

  • First name and last name
  • Email
  • Phone number (if available)
  • Birthday (if available)

This integration helps streamline your email marketing efforts by synchronizing client data between Zenamu and SmartEmailing, ensuring consistent communication with your clients.
