Client retention is one of the most important metrics of any studio's success. It shows how well you build long-term relationships with the people who come to your classes. A satisfied, loyal client has far greater value than someone who comes only once.
The key to high retention is quality care, a personal approach, a great atmosphere, and motivating offerings (memberships, courses, loyalty rewards). Investing in retaining existing clients is usually much cheaper and more effective than constantly acquiring new ones.
