Integrate your booking system with Mailchimp and SmartEmailing

In Zenamu, you can now integrate your account with two tools for bulk email sending.
With Mailchimp and SmartEmailing, you can create and send playful and creative newsletters from one place, ensuring your clients stay up to date on upcoming courses, workshops, and other news.
Thanks to these tools, you'll also get insights into whether your messages were delivered and how many clients opened them!
How does the integration work exactly?
Once you choose a tool, Zenamu instantly imports all your contacts.
It includes:
- First and last name of the client
- Phone number
In Mailchimp, any tags you've assigned to clients in Zenamu are also synced (Mailchimp calls them "Tags" too).
If a client opts out of promotional emails during booking, Zenamu respects that choice. You'll spot these clients in Zenamu by the unchecked Email Marketing Agreement checkbox next to their names. Their contact info still syncs to the tool, but they're flagged so they won't receive your communications.
Newly registered clients
Once you've enabled the integration, Zenamu automatically imports every new client into Mailchimp or SmartEmailing when they sign up for a class.
If you send a newsletter and a client unsubscribes, their opt-out automatically syncs back to Zenamu.
