What is the difference between adding an instructor to my team and collaborating with an external partner?
When you add an instructor to your team, they work under your account — using your payment methods, your accounting, and your invoicing. You pay them out yourself. With external collaboration, each partner has their own Zenamu account with their own payment setup and accounting. Clients pay directly to the partner, so there's no cross-invoicing or mutual settlements.
Does the external instructor need their own Zenamu account?
Yes. Each external instructor or partner studio needs their own Zenamu account. This ensures they can manage their own payment methods, invoicing, and client communication independently. Any Zenamu plan will do.
Can clients see that the class is taught by an external instructor?
From the client's perspective, everything looks seamless — the class appears in your schedule like any other. The instructor's name is displayed as usual. The only difference is that the payment goes to the instructor's account, but the booking experience is identical.
Which plan do I need for this feature?
External instructor collaboration is available on the Ultimate plan.
Can I revoke collaboration access at any time?
Yes. You can end the collaboration at any time with a single click. The shared events will be removed from your schedule immediately.
