What is Savasana?

A relaxation pose lying flat on the back, usually practiced at the end of a yoga session.
Savasana may look simple—lying flat on your back—but it is one of the most important parts of practice. It allows both body and mind to absorb the benefits of the session.
When practiced correctly, it brings deep release and regeneration. It’s a moment of stillness where the body learns to rest and the mind finds balance.
