Where can I find Booking cancellation conditions?​

You can cancel your booking when booking cancellation is enabled and you are eligible to cancel (for example you are outside the cancellation period).

How to cancel my booking?​

use case 1: you are logged in your account​

  • go to your booking detail and click on trash icon.

use case 2: you did unregistered booking​

  • go to your email with booking confirmation and click on Check my booking, you will be linked to your reservation detail page and here you can cancel booking. email my reservation cancel unregistered
