What is Mysore Yoga?

A traditional method of teaching Ashtanga yoga where each student practices their sequence at their own pace.
Mysore style is a unique way of practicing Ashtanga yoga. Rather than following a group class led step by step, each student moves through their sequence independently, at their own level and rhythm.
The instructor is present to assist, adjust, and support. This approach allows for deeper immersion in personal practice and steady, individualized progress.
