How do I import clients from another booking system into Zenamu?

Don't worry — we'll move your client data over for free. Just send us an export from your current system and we'll take it from there. Here's how to get started.

Export Your Current Data

Download your client list, balances, and any other important data from your current booking system. Most systems allow CSV exports.

Set Up Zenamu Account

Create your free Zenamu account and configure your studio profile, classes, and basic settings while your old system is still running.

Import Your Client Data

Contact our support team for help transferring your client data. We can assist with bulk imports from CSV files.

Run Both Systems Temporarily

For 1–2 weeks, run both systems in parallel. Let clients know about the switch and invite them to create their Zenamu accounts. Alternatively, we can send automated welcome emails on your behalf during the import — complete with a link for them to set up their password.

Train Your Staff

Make sure you and your team are familiar with Zenamu's key features: tracking attendance, managing bookings, and communicating with clients.

Switch Over Completely

Once you're comfortable and most clients have migrated, deactivate your old system and redirect all bookings to Zenamu.
