What is Bikram Yoga?

A set sequence of 26 postures practiced in a heated room at around 40 °C (104 °F). It promotes flexibility, endurance, and detoxification.
Bikram Yoga is practiced in a heated room, which warms the body quickly and allows the muscles to stretch more easily. Every class follows the same structure – 26 postures combined with breathing exercises.
The heat encourages sweating, which supports the body’s natural detox process. Bikram Yoga is physically demanding but leaves practitioners with a deep sense of cleansing, improved flexibility, and stronger willpower.
