What is Acro Yoga?

A playful style of yoga that blends elements of acrobatics, yoga, and partner work. Practiced in pairs, it builds trust, strength, and balance.
Acro Yoga is a fun and dynamic practice usually done in pairs. One partner acts as the “base” and the other as the “flyer,” creating a mix of balancing poses, acrobatic moves, and yogic breathwork.
It’s a practice that strengthens the body, improves coordination, and above all, builds trust between partners. For many, Acro Yoga is also a joyful way to learn cooperation while having a great time.
