My Card Payments Stopped Working: "This Connect Account Cannot Currently Make Live Charges"
If you encounter the message "This Connect account cannot currently make live charges" when attempting to make card payments, it indicates that Stripe requires additional information from you. This usually involves verifying your identity with a valid invoice or ID.
Stripe occasionally updates its terms and conditions, or there may be a change in your account status (such as exceeding a revenue threshold that requires additional verification). Check the email address associated with your Stripe account for any notifications about what information is needed.
